Basseterre, St. Kitts : The Government of National Unity has continued to invest in early childhood education as it plays a vital role in a child’s development, says Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Education, Honourable Shawn Richards. At a ceremony to mark the official opening of the Victoria Road Preschool, the minister said that the government is committed to its goal to have 100 percent of the federation’s children engaged in early childhood development.
