As a Red Wings fan I hate to admit how likable the Leafs have become. They’re incredibly young , flashy, move the puck as good as any team in the league right now and they push “these kids like to have fun” past cliche.

Thomas Vanek and Frans Nielsen scored in the shootout, and the Detroit Red Wings beat the Florida Panthers 4-3 on Friday night. Anthony Mantha, Drew Miller and Nielsen scored for Detroit in regulation.
