On Wednesday, the Boston Bruins announced that forward Austin Czarnik was taken off injured reserve and assigned to their AHL-affiliate Providence Bruins, and that defenseman Joe Morrow has been assigned to the P-Bruins for conditioning purposes. Czarnik, the speedy rookie, had a foot/ankle injury that required a boot, so reassignment was expected.
