A MAN has been charged by police after he threw a flare onto the pitch during Stourbridge’s FA Cup clash at Wycombe Wanderers on Saturday. Daniel David Ingram has been charged by Thames Valley Police with throwing a missile onto a football playing area under the football offences Act 1991.
