Sean Lee Makes It To The Pro Bowl

Every year there are some perceived snubs when the roster for the Pro Bowl comes out, and this time around one of the most obvious ones was the omission of Dallas Cowboys linebacker Sean Lee , who was later rightfully selected as an All Pro. That error has been corrected.

The Future Belongs To The Cowboys, Now They Must Seize It

An unheralded rookie quarterback, drafted much later than the vast majority of franchise signal-callers, who was never expected to start early in his career, suddenly takes over as the starter after an impressive preseason. He goes on to have one of the best rookie seasons ever with a QB rating in the triple digits, a sparkling yards per attempt near 8.0, over 3,000 yards passing and 30 total touchdowns despite playing in a ball-control offense, all while limiting turnovers.

Kate Hairopoulos: Already thinking ahead to the off-season, huh? The Super Bowl is still some 40 days away:) I can tick off a couple storylines that come to mind: bunch of players in the secondary whose contracts are up after this season….Will LB Jaylon Smith’s nerve in his knee regenerate after a full year? ….Will the Cowboys decide to invest in a defensive pass rusher? ….Will Dak be able to repeat and sustain his rookie success? …Will Cowboys be able to sign OG Zack Martin to a long-term deal? ….Whatever Jerry happens to stir up. ….I could go on.
