North Castle is updating its master plan and it wants residents to put in their two cents on issues such as land use, community facilities and services, and infrastructure. A "kick-off" meeting is planned for 7 p.m. Monday, March 20. It will take place at the Hergenhan Recreation Center, 40 Maple Ave., Armonk.
