As the region prepares for what is expected to be an historic snow storm , Bedford Town Supervisor Chris Burdick has declared a state of emergency from midnight Monday through midnight Tuesday. According to a statement from Burdick's office, the state of emergency may be extended depending upon the severity of the storm.
