Briarcliff Manor Issues Advisory To Residents In Advance Of Nor’easter

With as much as a foot of snow expected to hit the region, officials in Briarcliff Manor have declared a snow emergency that will be effective as of midnight on Monday. According to the New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, the state is anticipating that between 16 and 20 inches of snow may fall in the lower Hudson Valley, with more than a foot coming to upstate New York.
