Officials have released the identity of the 60-year-old Westchester man who was fatally struck by a Metro-North train in Westchester on Monday afternoon. The MTA investigation into the fatal strike of Jeffery Cooney of Bronxville, the unauthorized man who was on the tracks of the Fleetwood station concluded, a Metro-North spokesperson said on Tuesday morning.
