Too young for some concert venues, too old for others, teens 15 and up have a place just right for them with Lee's Cafe at the Schoolhouse Theater & Arts Center in Croton Falls on Friday, Dec. 8. Coffee, tea, and dessert will be available along with three hours of live music from 7 to 10 p.m. featuring three local up-and-coming acts. The teen event is free thanks in large part to a generous sponsorship made by State Farm Insurance, the Lanza Insurance Agency of Harrison.

Somers Duo Bands Together To Bring New Music To Westchester

Somers residents -- and music lovers -- Adam Bernier and Jacque Roche have joined forces to co-produce a four-hour community music event on Friday, Oct. 27 that will feature performances by several other locals. The first of the series is presented by The Schoolhouse Theater & Arts Center in Croton Falls and will feature three individual acoustic performances.

North Salem Historical Society Brings Croton Falls Past To Life

The North Salem Historical Society held its annual meeting at the new Croton Falls Firehouse recently, focusing the event on the hamlet's deep history. Described as a "unique venue" for the meeting that's "indicative of how far Croton Falls has progressed," the firehouse hosted talks from Cynthia Curtis, president of the Historical Society, and several longtime residents, according to a statement from the historical organization.
