The Route 9 Active Transportation Conceptual Design Plan will hold meetings on Sunday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Mercy College and on Thursday, Oct. 19 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Warner Library in Tarrytown. The organization wants to provide a protected bike lane along Route 9 from the north end of Sleepy Hollow through the south end of Hastings-on-Hudson.
