The restaurant line-up for The Valley Table's fall 2017 Hudson Valley Restaurant Week is live, with 200 participating restaurants throughout Orange, Westchester, Dutchess, Rockland, Putnam, Sullivan and Ulster counties. Running from Monday, Oct. 30 to Sunday, Nov. 1, Fall 2017 HVRW welcomes a brand new, creative element: Purple, as in purple produce.
