Elmsford, White Plains Motorists Charged With DWI
State Police from the Hawthorne barracks charged Bronx resident Brett M. Donovan, 37, with driving while intoxicated and criminal possession of a controlled substance, both misdemeanors. Troopers stopped Donovan on the Sprain Brook Parkway for failing to maintain his lane of travel and he was found to be intoxicated at the time of the stop, police said.
