Woman Faces DWI Charge After Hit-Run Crash On Sprain Brook Parkway

State police from Troop K made a host of driving while intoxicated arrests in a detail that included Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess and Columbia counties conducted between Friday, Dec. 2 until Sunday, Dec. 4. Ashley Fisher of Putnam Valley, 28, charged with DWI and leaving the scene of a property damage auto accident by state police in Hawthorne after troopers investigated a two-car hit-and-run auto collision that occurred on the Sprain Brook Parkway. Troopers were given a description of the offending vehicle and located it approximately 1 mile from the crash scene where the driver of the vehicle, who identified herself as Fisher, was found to be intoxicated, according to police.
