Aysha J. Altizer, 22, was arrested Monday afternoon at the Taconic Pharmacy on Lee Boulevard in Jefferson Valley, police said. Altizer had missed a scheduled appearance in Yorktown Justice Court in May and a warrant was issued for her arrest, police said.
