A 21-year-old Northern Westchester man is behind bars after police charged him with raping a 16-year-old girl. Bedford Police, along with the Westchester County District Attorney's Office, served a search warrant on the Katonah residence in question and gathered evidence on Tuesday, Oct. 3 Taken into custody was Nathaniel C. Dooley of Katonah, who is known to the victim, Bedford Police said.
