The American Cancer Society says that 13 Relay for Life events have been scheduled for May 20 through June 19. "Larchmont," a 97-minute film directed, produced and written by Mamaroneck High School graduate Ben Zuckert, is having its local premiere at the Emelin Theater in Mamaroneck on Thursday, Jan. 19 at 7 p.m. And yes, folks, many scenes are recognizable -- think Sherwood's, Le Sirene Ristorante, Foley's Hardware, the Larchmont Library, and, in Mamaroneck, Half Time Beverage and Cosmo's, among other locales.
