The Mamaroneck High School graduate ended his distinguished military career serving as assistant adjutant general at Stewart Air Base in Orange County. Born on Dec. 17, 1926, in Mamaroneck, he was the son of the late Joseph Marchesiello and Margaret N. Marchesiello.
