Yorktown Police charged a Mohegan Lake man with numerous driving violations including DWI after he rolled his vehicle, hitting a utility pole and fire hydrant, according to the Yorktown Police. Thomas Peter Anderson, 28, was arrested after police responded to a report of a one-car accident around 2:30 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 5 on Mohegan Avenue, police said.
