A Mount Kisco woman turned herself into the custody of Yorktown police this week after she allegedly stole a wallet that was resting on a table at a local winery. On Thursday, Yorktown police announced that Palmina Hernandez, 52, was arrested on a felony charge of fourth-degree larceny following a lengthy investigation into her theft of a wallet at the Winery at Saint George in Mohegan Lake.
