According to a lawsuit filed with the Westchester County Supreme Court earlier this month, Xavier Vallejo accused his brother, Mario and Uzzi of carelessness in an alleged collision that happened more than a year ago near the intersection of Chestnut Ridge Road and Summit Avenue in Montvale, N.J. Uzzi - who left his position earlier this year following complaints from city officials that he did not live in Mount Vernon - was using a taxpayer-funded, city-owned vehicle at the time of the collision on June 24, 2016.
