Motorists planning on traveling on the Hutchinson River Parkway in Mount Vernon and Pelham next week can expect delays as the New York State Department of Transportation prepares for lane and ramp closures. The NYSDOT issued an alert cautioning that lane and ramp closures are expected on the parkway between Exit 8 and Exit 12 beginning on Monday, Nov. 13, while construction crews perform work in the area.
