A registered "sexually violent" offender convicted of having non-consensual sexual contact with a woman has reported a move in Westchester County. The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to Westchester residents regarding the residency of 57-year-old Cesar Urbina, who has moved to an apartment on Cooley Place in Mount Vernon.

The Mount Vernon native who was raised in Yonkers is performing at The Chance Theater in Poughkeepsie on Saturday, Feb. 10. He previously performed at The Chance in 2016.
