A New York man was arrested on a host of charges after he led officers on a foot chase early Monday morning following a motor vehicle stop, police said. Three Westchester residents were arrested for heroin, suboxone, and marijuana possession after the vehicle they were driving in was stopped for speeding on I-87 in upstate New York on Saturday morning.
