Cast Announced for RAGTIME

Revival Theatre Company proudly opens its fourth season with Ragtime in Concert written by Terrence McNally, with lyrics by Lynn Ahrens and music by Stephen Flaherty. Ragtime, set in early 20th century New York City, introduces the American experience through three different perspectives: African Americans, represented by Coalhouse Walker Jr., a Harlem musician; upper-class suburbanites, represented by Mother, the matriarch of a white upper-class family in New Rochelle, New York; and Eastern European immigrants, represented by Tateh, a Jewish immigrant from Latvia.

MBK to Present Free Talk on Implicit Bias

The public is invited to a talk on implicit bias next Thursday, presented by My Brother's Keeper New Rochelle. The free talk, "We Are All Biased," will explore the question: "To what extent does our bias affect others?" The 90-minute presentation will be delivered by Dr. Bryant Marks, a professor of psychology at Morehouse College in Atlanta.
