New Rochelle has received the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting, according to a statement from the city. The honor, the highest form of recognition in the area of government accounting and financial reporting, was awarded by the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada, according to city officials.
