Wanted Man With Four Suspensions On His License Busted In Scarsdale

A wanted Westchester County man with multiple suspensions on his license was busted by police in Scarsdale after being caught speeding in the village over the weekend. An officer on patrol in Scarsdale stopped New Rochelle resident Paul Stewart, 49, on Post Road when he was spotted driving a 2015 BMW 135i more than 50 mph, above the posted speed limit on the roadway.
