On Thursday, Iona announced plans for SAGE Cafe, a proposed restaurant and market that will serve the needs of both Iona students and the New Rochelle community as a whole, on the ground floor of its recently constructed seven-story mixed-use facility at 690 North Ave. The initial design of SAGE Cafe includes a 3,000-square-foot "intercontinental-cuisine-influenced" restaurant and a 2,000-square-foot market and bakery.
