Convicted ‘Serial Groper’ From New Rochelle Now Lives In Rockland

A serial groper that allegedly victimized multiple New Rochelle women in 2014 has registered as a sex offender living in Orangeburg, according to the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services. On four separate occasions over a near two-week span in June 2014, New Rochelle native Guillermo Merino, 41, grabbed the buttocks of various women without consent or purpose while walking through the city, according to authorities.
