A registered "lifetime" sexual offender convicted of sexually abusing a 10-year-old girl has reported a move in Westchester County. The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to Westchester residents regarding the residency of 41-year-old Trevor Bridle, who has reported an address change to a residence on French Ridge in New Rochelle.
