Catherine A. Orza, 24, of Briarcliff Manor for Aggravated DWI, a misdemeanor. Subsequent to a traffic stop conducted by state police from Somers on Route 35, Orza provided a breath sample that revealed a BAC of .20 percent, more than two times the legal limit of intoxication.
