According to officials with B ilwin Development Affiliates , contaminated soil at the site of a former marble quarry landfill on Marbledale Road is scheduled to be completed by March 15 , clearing the way for installation of a permanent cap and other remedial systems to treat vapors that will collectively complete the environmental cleanup at the site.
