Businesses and organizations from across the county recently attended a special kick-off event for the Westchester Companies for Kids, a new initiative of the Westchester Children's Association at Anthony's Coal-Fired Pizza in White Plains. The primary goal of the new intiative is to engage the business sector with WCA's mission of improving the lives of Westchester's young people by shaping policies and programs to meet their needs, and by keeping their well-being at the top of the public agenda.
