Despite having had, not one, but three hip replacements, she still teaches in Hartsdale and Scarsdale - when she isn't taking part in competitive ballroom dancing, that is.

Police said Friday's accident in Hartdale that resulted in the death of an elderly couple from Tarrytown was alcohol-related. Lt. Frank Farina said told Daily Voice on Tuesday that the first-degree vehicle manslaughter charge, a felony, was based on alleged alcohol use by a 43-year-old driver from White Plains who survived the head-on crash.
