The White Plains Common Council is having a public hearing on Tuesday September 6 at 7:30pm at Common Council Chamber, 255 Main Street, 2nd Floor, White Plains to discuss an amendment to the Zoning Code that will positively impact the Rosedale area. The building commissioner has proposed an amendment to the Zoning Ordinance to further regulate "Nursery Businesses" and to ban "Organic Manufacturing" in all zones except the "Light Industrial" zone.

White Plains Resident Goes ‘Green’ With Founding Of Gardening Club
