MOVES-Merrill Lynch hires former Morgan Stanley adviser Schur

Schur, who managed about $850 million in assets last year, will work out of Merrill Lynch's White Plains, New York office. Asset manager T. Rowe Price Group Inc on Thursday reported net withdrawals of investor cash during the fourth quarter, including from its target-date retirement portfolios, sending shares sliding 5.6 percent.
