Man, 20, Charged In Westchester Heroin Overdose Death

A Tarrytown resident was charged on Tuesday with dealing narcotics that resulted in the death of a White Plains man in Nov. 2015, according to Preet Bharara, U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York. Anthony Delosangles, aka "Taco," 20, was indicted in federal court in White Plains in the death of Thomas Cippollaro, 25, following an investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Drug Enforcement Agency, the Yorktown Police Department, and the Westchester County District Attorney's Office.
