Man, 20, Charged In Westchester Heroin Overdose Death

A Tarrytown resident was charged on Tuesday with dealing narcotics that resulted in the death of a White Plains man in Nov. 2015, according to Preet Bharara, U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York.
