Yonkers police are looking for a gunman who shot another man in the chest early Wednesday, according to News 12. Police reported the shooting occurred during a fight between the two men near the intersection of Clinton and Herriot streets around 7 a.m., said News 12. The injured man was driven to St. Joseph's Medical Center in Yonkers, and was later transferred to another hospital in stable condition, added News 12.

Police Arrest Teen After Armed Robbery At Westchester Marriott

A Yonkers teen was nabbed on Saturday by Greenburgh Police after an armed robbery that occurred earlier this month at the Westchester Marriott Hotel in Tarrytown. Kenneth Venable, 18, of Yonkers Avenue, was charged with felony robbery, after a 22-year-old woman reported that she was robbed at gunpoint while in her room on Monday, Aug. 22, by a man who hit her in the head and stole her cell phone, police said.

Mount St. Mary College Welcomes Class of 2020

A beautiful Hudson Valley day provided the backdrop for some 1,000 students moving into Mount Saint Mary College on Sunday, August 28. Returning students, about 400 freshmen, and nearly 140 transfer students ascended to the Mount from the tri-state area and beyond.
