Former Brookfield graduate victim in New York murder

A Yonkers man was indicted on murder charges this week for purportedly stabbing his wife - a former Brookfield High School graduate - to death during an argument in the spring. Joseph Abraham, 54, was indicted on several charges including murder and two counts of weapon possession in connection to the death of his wife Amanda Trenck, 25, who was found by dead by police in May in the apartment the couple shared in Yonkers, N.Y. Authorities said the woman was found slumped over the bed and that there was a large amount of blood around her body.
