Drivers will soon be able to pay for parking via their smartphones thanks to a new mobile app that connects to parking meters throughout Yonkers, according to Mayor Mike Spano. Spano said the new technology was due to a partnership with Parkmobile and Parkeon that will allow customers to pay for parking via smart phone using Parkmobile's mobile applications for the iPhone, Android, Windows 7, and Blackberry smartphones.
