The man who terrorized a gas station during several armed robberies over the span of more than four months has been sentenced after found guilty by a jury following a trial in Westchester County Court. The driver of a BMW that crashed on Central Avenue last year and killed 19-year-old Nina Cordero in Yonkers and injured her boyfriend has been sentenced to a term of between three and nine years in state prison. Yonkers resident Renzo Yance, 22, who pleaded guilty to a felony count of manslaughter earlier this year, was sentenced on Tuesday, where he faced a maximum term of up to 15 years in state prison for his role in the Aug. 26 fatal crash last year.
