A 25-year-old Westchester woman was killed in a freak accident that occurred while attending a Carnival evening celebrating near the Antigua Recreation Grounds while on vacation in Antigua, an island in the West Indies in the Caribbean, according to multiple reports. Oniqua Phillip of Yonkers, known as "Nikki," was killed when a truck serving drinks involved in the "Last Lap" festival ran her over and crushed her to death this past Tuesday night, according to the Antigua Observer.
