A Jefferson Valley woman was busted with a suspended registration of her vehicle following a minor accident in Yorktown Heights. Yorktown Police said Tuesday that Rachel Rossi, 29, is facing a misdemeanor charge following a brief investigation into an accident that took place on Monday.
