The bus was going to the Doyle Center in Mount Vernon.

Sen. Carlucci wants toll discount on TZ Bridge
A local lawmaker is calling on the New York State Thruway Authority to give drivers from Westchester and Rockland counties a break on tolls across the Tappan Zee Bridge. State Sen. David Carlucci says if residents can’t afford to cross the bridge, it could crush the local economy.
