While the counting for the Assembly elections 2017 is on, another interesting result coming out is that of the Amritsar Lok Sabha seat where bypoll was held after Captain Amarinder Singh vacated the seat. Congress candidate Gurjeet Singh Aujla, a youth leader, was ahead of his BJP rival Rajinder Mohan Singh Chhina by over 43,000 votes, the poll official added here.
