The third annual Chocoholic Frolic sponsored by Downtown Partners is coming to downtown Burlington Saturday, but there’s a twist to this year’s sugary sweet formula. “The last couple of times, we held it in the evening,” said Steve Frevert, executive director of Downtown Partners.
