Neighbours fans are in for a shock this week! Ramsay Street will see the return of Dione ‘Dee’ Bliss , the “dead” wife of Toadfish ‘Toadie’ Rebecchi on Monday’s episode. The character, played by Madeleine West , is making a surprise comeback as Toadie’s long lost love – almost 13 years after he accidentally drove her off a cliff on their wedding day.
