Paul Merton and His Impro Chums will be the opening show of the festival at The Forum, Bath, on Saturday April 1. Merton is well-known from his many appearances on television shows such as Room 101, Have I Got News For You and on Radio 4’s Just a Minute. However, it was improvisational comedy show Whose Line Is It Anyway that launched his career and secured his position in various polls as one of the greatest comics of our time.
