The attorney for Farmington Township Trustee Martha Yoder has filed a motion with the 11th District Court of Appeals challenging a decision to dismiss legal actions between her and Trumbull County Republican Party Chairman Randy Law. Trumbull County Common Pleas Court Judge W. Wyatt McKay last year dismissed Law’s lawsuit and countersuit filed by Yoder over whether Law had the legal authority to remove Yoder as party secretary.
